What's it all about?
A social event with a heart, pure and simple!
The pandemic forced us apart, making us less social, and the world is a little crazy , both are really impacting mental health across all ages and demographics. So let's get social in BS4, have fun, food, drink, music and grab some art - and the best thing? it will also raise money for a mental health charity !
Keep Scrolling for more info... and an example of some of the art!
Raising Money for Talk Club
Whilst being social is great, imagining doing it and raising money... that's what you're doing!! All you need to ask is...
How are you out of 10?
Talk Club is a UK mental health charity helping men to improve their mental health.
We prefer to call it mental fitness because our talking groups actively help men to understand how they’re feeling by asking ‘How are you? Out of 10?’ then explaining why. It helps to build resilience.
It’s why local pubs to global corporates, and 18 to 80 year olds across the world, are now using Talk Club.
